- 1 cup KC Masterpiece® Santa Fe Picante Marinade
- 11/2 cup Flank or skirt steak, trimmed
- 1 doz. Soft flour tortillas, warmed
- Sour cream
- Shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese blend
Marinate beef in 1 cup KC Masterpiece® Santa Fe Picante Marinade. Beef can be refrigerated in marinade overnight. Discard marinade and broil or grill meat to desired doneness. Slice diagonally. To serve, place slices of meat on a warm tortilla topped with salsa, sour cream and cheese. Roll to close.
