Roasted Garlic Balsamic Salmon Steaks
Ingredients:
- 1 cup KC Masterpiece® Roasted Garlic Balsamic Marinade, divided
- 4 salmon steaks (about 6 ounces each)
Place salmon steaks in a shallow baking dish. Turn to coat the steaks with 3/4 cup of marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes. Drain salmon, discarding excess marinade. Grill salmon, on uncovered grill, over hot Kingsford® Charcoal Briquets, for 5 minutes. Carefully turn the salmon steaks, brushing with remaining marinade. Grill about 5 minutes longer, or until salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Makes 4 servings.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with mushroom caps, and/or asparagus spears that have been marinated in the same marinade.
