This recipe can also be made with these exciting barbecue sauce flavors:
- 1 cup KC Masterpiece® Original
- 1 pound flank steak, sliced in 1/4-inch by 2-inch strips
- 3 cups sliced onions
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 steak sandwich rolls
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
In a nonstick skillet, brown steak and onions in oil, over medium heat. Add barbecue sauce and heat gently. Place opened steak rolls on broiler pan. Spoon meat mixture on one side of each sandwich roll. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil 3-5 minutes until cheese melts and sandwich roll is lightly toasted.
