Corn Grilled in the Husk
This recipe can also be made with these exciting barbecue sauce flavors:
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup KC Masterpiece® Original Barbecue Sauce (depending on size of corn)
- 4 ears sweet corn (with husks attached)
- String to tie corn
Peel back leaves from ears of corn, leaving attached at the base. Remove silk; brush generously with KC Masterpiece® Barbecue Sauce. Fold leaves back up around the corn; tie tops together with string. Place over medium to hot coals in covered grill. Grill, turning occasionally, until outer leaves are charred, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot, with additional sauce, if desired.
