Oven BBQ Meatloaf
This recipe can also be made with these exciting barbecue sauce flavors:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup KC Masterpiece® Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- Salt & pepper, to taste
In mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Mix lightly just to blend. Form into a loaf; place in shallow baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 375°F for 40-50 minutes. Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
Makes 4 servings.
