From Nancy Stein of Paso Robles, CA
- 2 packages of kielbasa
- 1 bottle (18 ounces) KC Masterpiece® Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Sriracha hot chili sauce
Barbecue kielbasa over wood fire or briquets like Kingsford® charcoal for approximately 10 minutes to get grill marks. Remove from fire and let cool about 5 minutes. Mix KC Masterpiece® Barbecue Sauce with the Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce. Slice the kielbasa in about 1/2-inch pieces. Place in baking dish, pour barbecue sauce mixture over kielbasa and mix well to coat all the pieces. Place in a 350°F oven for approximately 15 minutes.
