Place the chicken in the slow cooker and pour the bottle of KC Masterpiece® over top and turn meat until evenly coated.
Cook
Turn the slow cooker to low and let the meat cook for 6-8 hours. Make sure the meat has reached an internal temperature of at least 165ºF. When chicken is ready, use 2 forks to pull the meat apart.
Spoon the chicken on ciabatta rolls and top with a slice of Monterey jack cheese. Serve immediately.
