Backyard Baby Back Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 rack of baby back pork ribs (approx. 2 lbs.) rack of baby back pork ribs (approx. 2 lbs.)
  • cups KC Masterpiece® Sweet Honey and Molasses Barbecue Sauce® KC Masterpiece® Sweet Honey and Molasses Barbecue Sauce®
  • 1/3 cup larger beer lager beer
  • 2 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard spicy brown mustard

Instructions

    Prep

    • Bring a large stockpot of water to boil.
    • Prepare a charcoal grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat.

    Cook

    • Boil the ribs, uncovered, for 45 minutes until cooked through. Make sure meat reaches an internal temperature of at least 145ºF.
    • While the meat is cooking, combine the KC Masterpiece® sauce, beer and spicy brown mustard in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
    • When the ribs are done, remove from the water and pat dry. Grill for about 10 minutes, basting regularly with the sauce mixture.
    • Serve immediately.
