Boil the ribs, uncovered, for 45 minutes until cooked through. Make sure meat reaches an internal temperature of at least 145ºF.
While the meat is cooking, combine the KC Masterpiece® sauce, beer and spicy brown mustard in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
When the ribs are done, remove from the water and pat dry. Grill for about 10 minutes, basting regularly with the sauce mixture.
Serve immediately.
