Grilled Shrimp with Guinness Stout BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
Guinness Stout BBQ Sauce:
- 1 packet KC Masterpiece® Original BBQ Sauce Mix & Dry Rub
- 1/2 cup Guinness Stout Beer (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp lime juice
Grilled Shrimp with Guinness Stout BBQ Sauce:
- 1 batch Guinness Stout BBQ Sauce
- 1 lb raw shrimp (deveined)
Guinness Stout BBQ Sauce
- Mix well and let sauce rest for at least 15 minutes to thicken.
Grilled Shrimp with Guinness Stout BBQ Sauce
- Place uncooked shrimp on skewers.
- Grill skewered shrimp over medium heat until color becomes light orange (about 2 minutes on each side).
- Flip shrimp and brush with BBQ sauce.
- Flip once more and do a final brush with BBQ sauce.
- Serve shrimp with extra BBQ sauce on the side for dipping.
