Garlic & Herb Chicken Satay


  • 8 wooden skewers
  • 1 bottle KC Masterpiece® Tuscan Garlic & Herb Marinade®
  • 3 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 1 ½ lbs. boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips


  1. Soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Garlic & Herb sauce, chunky peanut butter, brown sugar, water, cumin and red pepper.
  3. Cut the chicken into 1-inch strips and place in a large resealable bag. Pour in the sauce and turn meat until evenly coated; marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes. When the meat is ready, discard any unused marinade.
  4. Prepare a charcoal grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat.


  1. Thread the chicken onto the skewers and grill until cooked through. Make sure the meat reaches an internal temperature of at least 165ºF.
  2. Serve immediately with fresh Garlic & Herb sauce on the side for dipping.
