BBQ Pork Chop Marinade and Pork Chop Rub

Ingredients

  1. Mix apple cider vinegar, water, Worcestershire sauce, ground mustard, salt and Spicy Habanero BBQ Sauce Mix & Dry Rub in a zip top bag.
  2. Use a fork and poke the pork chops.
  3. Add pork chops to the bag and place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Remove pork chops from the marinade and lightly shake off excess marinade.
  5. Sprinkle pork chops with extra Spicy Habanero BBQ Sauce Mix & Dry Rub.
  6. Pan fry or grill the pork chops over medium heat until done.
