3 Ingredient Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken

Ingredients
- 3 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
- 2 ½ cups KC Masterpiece® Apple Cider Vinegar Barbecue Sauce®
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped
Prep
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker and pour the KC Masterpiece® sauce over top. Turn meat until evenly coated. Chop the onion then layer it on top of the meat.
Cook
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on low for 3-4 hours. Make sure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165ºF. When the chicken is done, use 2 forks to shred the meat and stir again until evenly coated.
- Serve hot.
