Apple cider vinegar puts a tangy twist on our Kansas City classic.

            We get our apples straight from orchards in upstate New York and let them ferment 6-10 weeks, creating a pure, flavorful apple cider vinegar. We then add a zing from red and black pepper flakes.
This delicious combination is then carefully kettle cooked, resulting in a sauce with a pleasant pucker.
