Ripe, red jalapenos are smoked over mesquite wood for hours until completely dried, then ground into a rich powder. That’s real chipotle, and it’s what we add to our Sweet Roasted Chipotle Barbecue Sauce.

The warmth of chipotle is blended with tangy vinegar and just the right amount of sweetness. Our blend is then carefully kettle cooked to develop layers of caramelization and complexity.
